1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days. If we experience any delays, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery EstimatesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Carrier delays are outside our control.
3. Shipping Locations - We currently ship to: Domestic: All states within the United States
4. Order Tracking - Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
5. Shipping Restrictions - We cannot ship to: P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers) Certain remote or restricted regions Some items may have additional shipping limitations due to size, weight, or regulations.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages. Integiti is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged: Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

7. Incorrect Address or Returned Packages - If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer: We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country.These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
